Site visit
We hear your brief and budget, then read the plot: orientation, neighbours, slope and planning rules.

Sketch and estimate
Two or three options in plan and massing, with a first estimate of the construction cost.

Design and permit
Detailed design, structure, building-permit file and follow-up with the authorities.

Site and handover
Weekly visits, minutes, quality and cost control, then handover and snagging.
Questions
How much does a villa design cost?
Fees depend on floor area and scope. After the site visit we send a written proposal broken down by phase, and each phase is paid on delivery.
Do you handle the building permit?
Yes. We prepare the complete file, submit it with you, follow it up and answer the technical services’ comments until the decision.
Do you work outside Oran?
Yes, across the western wilayas: Tlemcen, Aïn Témouchent, Sidi Bel Abbès, Mostaganem and Mascara. Site-visit travel is billed separately.
Can you take over a project already started?
Yes, after reviewing the file and the site. You receive a written condition report before any commitment.
